ACCESSIBILITY STATEMENT

Accessibility Commitment

Bass Installation is committed to providing an inclusive and accessible environment for people with disabilities. We are dedicated to identifying, preventing, and removing barriers to accessibility and ensuring equal access to our goods, services, facilities, and employment opportunities in accordance with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005.

Bass Installation provides information in accessible formats and communication supports upon request. We will work with individuals to determine suitable formats or supports that meet their accessibility needs. If information cannot be converted into an accessible format, we will explain why and provide the information in an alternate way where possible. This includes emergency procedures and safety information.

Feedback and Complaints

Bass Installation welcomes feedback on how we provide accessible goods and services. When feedback or a complaint is received, we will respond and advise what actions will be taken to address the matter.

Design of Public Spaces

When Bass Installation builds or redevelops public spaces, we do so in accordance with the Design of Public Spaces Standard under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act. We also maintain these spaces to meet accessibility requirements.

Training

Bass Installation provides accessibility training to employees and management on the requirements of the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act and the Ontario Human Rights Code as they relate to people with disabilities. Training is provided during onboarding and as required thereafter.

Accessibility Plan

Bass Installation maintains a multi-year accessibility plan that outlines the steps we are taking to improve accessibility and meet our legislative obligations. This plan is reviewed and updated at least every five years.
